Marin is in charge of EU project management, finance, company marketing and innovation development.
He has extensive experience with more than 11 years as a project manager funded by EU and national funds and for over 15 years monitors the capital market and invests in the stock nad crypto market. Prior to founding Genius Consulting, he built his business career in domestic and foreign companies related to the food sector and business consulting.
In addition, he is a co-owner of a company for agricultural production and the owner of a tourism business.
In addition to his regular job, he manages his apartments in the center of Zagreb and a holiday home on Plitvice Lakes.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb.

Ivan is a successful and reliable expert in withdrawing grants from national and EU funds in the fields of primary agricultural production, agro-processing, forestry and marine, and freshwater aquaculture.
With more than 11 years as a project manager, he has provided over 20 million EUR of grants to Genius Consulting's clients. In his field, he is often hired by faculties, development agencies and other public bodies to hold professional lectures and educational workshops aimed at farms.
As a young farmer with a Bachelor of Agronomy degree and a Masters Degree in Agribusiness and Rural Development, Ivan started his own agricultural production with funds from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.

Ksenija is in charge of preparing and writing projects financed from the EU and national funds, as well as creating business plans and investment studies for all types of lending and financing.
She has 7 years of experience in the preparation of EU projects in the field of structural funds, rural development, making investment studies and business plans for the purposes of applying for development loans from HBOR, HAMAG BICRO and Commercial banks.
She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka.

Maja is in charge of preparing and implementing projects co-financed from national and EU funds.
She has more than 8 years of experience as a project manager that she has built in domestic companies related to business consulting with a special emphasis on the implementation of entrepreneurial and agricultural EU projects.
She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Osijek.
