I focus on developing business plans and feasibility studies for loans and credits, ensuring that clients receive timely information about all new grants and financial instruments. To date, I have successfully completed over 100 projects selected for EU fund co-financing, as well as more than 25 applications for loans and credits

Ivan is a successful and reliable expert in withdrawing grants from national and EU funds in the fields of primary agricultural production, agro-processing, forestry and marine, and freshwater aquaculture.

With more than 11 years as a project manager, he has provided over 20 million EUR of grants to Genius Consulting's clients. In his field, he is often hired by faculties, development agencies and other public bodies to hold professional lectures and educational workshops aimed at farms.

As a young farmer with a Bachelor of Agronomy degree and a Masters Degree in Agribusiness and Rural Development, Ivan started his own agricultural production with funds from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.

Maja is in charge of preparing and implementing projects co-financed from national and EU funds.

She has more than 8 years of experience as a project manager that she has built in domestic companies related to business consulting with a special emphasis on the implementation of entrepreneurial and agricultural EU projects.

She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Osijek.
