The objective of the Financial Instruments is to facilitate access to finance for micro, small and medium-sized small business entities in the agricultural, processing and forestry sectors through increased availability of loans, reduced interest rates, and reduced collateral requirements.

What is the loan amount?

Micro loan from 1.000 EUR to 25.000,00 EUR

Small loan from 25,000.01 EUR to 50,000 EUR

What is the interest rate?

0.5% for I., II., III., IV. JLS (local governments)

1.0% for V., VI., VII., VIII. JLS (local governments)

0.1% for investments in the dairy sector, regardless of the development index

What are the other essential eligibility requirements?

Applicant must have a minimum of one employee or employment will be completed within 6 months of availing the loan.

The location of the investment is the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia except Zagreb, Osijek, Rijeka and Split.

The ultimate recipient must have more than 50% private ownership / capital / voting rights.

The applicant must fulfill the economic size criterion: a) for the type of operation 4.1.1. fruit, vegetables and flowers sector min 6,000 EUR; other sectors min 8,000 EUR, b) for type of operation 6.4.1. min 2.000 EUR.

Measure 4

In the agricultural sector, it is a private or legal person and groups of private or legal persons engaged in agricultural activity on an agricultural holding, including producer groups / organizations registered in the Farmers Register and / or the Farm Register and / or registered for processing agricultural products, except for fishery products.

In the processing sector, it is a business entity registered for processing products other than fishery products.

Measure 6

micro and small enterprises - agricultural holdings registered in the Register of farmers and natural persons as holders of an agricultural farm.

Measure 8

in the forestry sector, it is a forest owner who is a natural or legal person under private law - owner and / or owner of a forest entered in the register of forest owners, forest owners association and contractor of forestry who is a natural or legal person who is registered for forestry works and is in the process of licensing certified as qualified and capable of performing them.
